آغاز سال اول

مسیر فرزند شما به مدرسه از خانه شروع می‌شود.

The definition: skills to practice before starting Reception

New skills take time to learn. Practicing at home will help your child move into school more easily and with confidence.

رشد استقلال

• o کشف کردن دنیای اطرافشان (مثلا با دقت به طبیعت نگاه کردن، با وسایل خانه به شکل ایمن بازی کردن)

ساختن روابط و ارتباط برقرار کردن

در کنار دیگران بودن

• Practicing sharing and taking turns with toys
• Talking to them about how they are feeling and why
• o با هم به کتاب‌های داستان نگاه کردن و درباره احساس شخصیت‌ها حرف زدن، راه خوبی برای این کار است
• o شروع به شناختن احساس دیگران، مثلا فهمیدن اینکه آیا دوستشان ناراحت است یا خیر
• o تشویق کردنشان به اینکه برای خودشان و دیگران حد و مرز بگذارند (مثلا بدانند چطور بگویند «نه»)

ارتباط و زبان

• o همراهی کردن با آهنگ‌ها و شعرهای کودکانه و با آن‌ها خواندن
• o با خوشحالی درباره فعالیت‌ها، تجربه‌ها و دنیای اطرافشان با دیگران صحبت کردن
• o نشان دادن اینکه به کمک نیاز دارند با واضح صحبت کردن (به انگلیسی ساده یا زبان اشاره)
• o شناختن شکل نوشتاری نام خودشان (تا بتوانند آن را روی قلاب کت یا ژاکت‌شان پیدا کنند)

گوش دادن و پرداختن به فعالیت‌ها

• o برای مدت‌های کوتاه توجه کردن
• o گوش دادن به دستورالعمل‌های ساده و انجام دادن آن‌ها
• o ادامه دادن یک کار حتی وقتی سخت است و اگر چیزی طبق برنامه پیش نرفت دوباره ادامه دادن

رشد جسمی

تحرک داشتن حداقل سه ساعت در روز

• o بالا و پایین رفتن از پله‌ها (هر بار یک پا، با استفاده از دیوار برای تکیه)
• o بالا رفتن، دویدن، پریدن و بازی کردن
• o گرفتن یک توپ بزرگ (بیشتر مواقع)
• o انجام پازل‌های ساده و کاردستی، تقویت گرفتن دست با بریدن و چسباندن

روتین‌های سالم

• o هر شب تقریبا در یک ساعت مشخص خوابیدن، به موقع بیدار شدن تا برای مدرسه آماده شوند
• o محدود کردن زمان صفحه‌نمایش به مقدارهای توصیه‌شده روزانه (بخش توصیه‌ها را ببینید)
• o داشتن رژیم غذایی سالم و امتحان کردن غذاهای جدید
• o مسواک زدن با خمیر دندان فلورایددار دو بار در روز (تا وقتی حداقل 7 ساله شوند باید بر این کار نظارت کنید)

• You can work with your child’s early years setting to help your child with self-care, managing emotions, social skills, and communication in a way that suits their stage of development.
• ​You might want to share details about their development, needs, what motivates them, what might trigger difficulties, how they learn best, and what strategies work well.

<p>There are key skills that schools expect children to be learning before their first day. Practicing these will make your child's journey to Reception as positive as possible.</p>
